ABSTRAKTFEDÁKOVÁ, Michaela: Zavádzanie bondingu do praxe v slovenských pôrodniciach. [Diplomová práca].Slovenská zdravotnícka univerzita v Bratislave. Bratislava: FOaZOŠ SZU,2015. 58 s.V diplomovej práci sa venujeme problematike bondingu, čo to vlastne bonding je, aký je rozdiel medzi pôrodom ktorý je zakončený bondingom a pôrodom, ktorý nie je zakončený bondingom. Taktiež prečo je bonding dôležitý a ako funguje v zahraničí.Cieľom práce je zmapovať a analyzovať názory na zavádzanie bondingu zdravotníckymi pracovníkmi. Napriek tomu, že sa v poslednom období venuje dôležitosti prvému kontaktu medzi matkou a dieťaťom je separácia dieťaťa od matky stále bežným javom vo väčšine našich pôrodníc. Je stále veľké množstvo zdravotníkov, ktorí nerozumejú prečo je prvý kontakt veľmi dôležitý. Toto bolo našou motiváciou zistiť, prečo je tomu tak a aké majú zábrany vykonávať bonding v plnom rozsahu. V druhej časti práce prezentujeme výsledky nášho prieskumu. Respondentský súbor tvorilo 102 zdravotníkov, ktorí prichádzajú do kontaktu s rodičkou a dieťaťom po pôrode. Stanovili sme si 4 hypotézy, ktoré sme testovali dotazníkom vlastnej konštrukcie. Zistili sme, že zdravotníci vedia čo to bonding je ,ale majú nedostatky v krokoch úspešného bondingu. Taktiež sme dokázali, že je stále vysoký počet zdravotníkov ktorí ho nevykonávajú. Chceli sme vedieť aké majú negatívne argumenty na realizáciu bonding. Zistili sme, že sú stále pôrodnice v ktorých nie je umožnené matke byť s dieťaťom minimálne dve hodiny po pôrode na sále a podpora bondingu po cisárskom reze je nízka. Odporúčame vykonávať osvetu medzi zdravotníkmi o bondingu a presvedčiť ich o dôležitosti prvého kontaktu medzi dieťaťom a matkou.Kľúčové slova: Bonding, Matka, Dieťa, Tehotenstvo, Dojčenie, Pôrod

Bratislava: FOaZoŠ SZU, 2015 58 s.The thesis is devoted to the issue of bonding, what bonding is, what is the difference between the birth which is terminated by bonding and birth, which is not terminated by bonding. Also, why is bonding important and how it works abroad.The aim of this work is to map and analyze the comments for deployment of bonding by healthcare professionals. Despite of the fact that the importance of the first contact between mother and child has been recently given, the separation of the child from the mother is still a common phenomenon in most of our maternity wards. It is still a large number of health professionals who do not understand why the first contact is very important. This was our motivation to find out why this is so and what are their inhibitions in implementation of bonding exercise in full scope. In the second part of the paper we present the results of our survey. Respondent group consisted of 102 medical personnel who come into contact with the mother and her child after birth. We have set four hypotheses that we tested by questionaire of our own structure. We found out that health professionals know what bonding is, but they have shortcomings in steps of successful bonding. We have also demonstrated that there is still a high number of professionals who do not exercise bonding. We wanted to know what are the negative arguments for the implementation of bonding. We found out that there are still a maternity wards, where there is not allowed mothers to be with a child at least two hours after birth in the delivery room and promoting of bonding after caesarean section is low. We recommend to carry out awareness among health professionals about bonding and convince them of the importance of the first contact between the child and the mother.Key words: Bonding, Mother, Child, Pregnancy, Breastfeeding, Birth
